Recently, a few of us attended a Golf School put on by the Ladies Links Fore Golf (LL4G), held here in Sun City Lincoln Hills. Lynn Stellman, CEO and LPGA Class A Teaching Professional and LPGA Professional Debbie O'Connell, were are instructors, and our State Representative, was Patty Synder. Together they put together a great two day (8 hours each day) Golf School. It was truly an experience which I will never forget. It was a wonderful opportunity to have the school in our own backyard

The first day:
8:30 a.m. registration
9 - 12 p.m. Learning Station (putting & Chipping) with a Break in between - Discussed what we wanted to get out of the school
12 - 1 p.m. Lunch (a great lunch at the Meridians Restaurant)
1 - 3:30 p.m. - Play 9 Holes (what an experience)
4 p.m. Happy Hour
The second day:
9:00 a.m. checked in, and off to the driving range, working on pitch & chip shots
Break - discussed the rules of golf, etc.
Back to the Learning Station (driving Range) worked on the driver
Lunch (again at the Meridians, wonderful)
1 - 3 p.m. - play 9 holes (we were on the back 9 - amazing)
4 p.m. Happy Hour
Needless to say, we made new friends, learned a lot, and created some fantastic memories. We are all looking forward to Lynn and Debbie's return on Saturday, October 2nd for a "Fun Day." In addition, plans are being made for the next golf school, with a tentative date of April 2011 here in Sun City Lincoln Hills.
