What Is Your BMI?
Body mass index serves as a standard measure for registering obesity statistics. I check my clients BMI when I feel there is an issue. It is really important to be aware of your muscle mass, proportions of fat and water weight as well. I happen to have a great scale that breaks it down and gives you all the information on a print out sheet. Check out your local gym and see if they have this and get yours checked. It is important to have a certain amount of muscle mass for optimal health. Eat healthy, get the proper amount of exercise to keep your body fit! We are all responsible for our health and education is key. Hoping all my friends and fellow women golfers take this opportunity to get more information by going to www.dailyfitnesscenter.com and check with your physician! After witnessing all the sugar intake from Halloween, I felt the need to express my concern to all the wonderful people I care about. Sending BIG Love, Tracy
